We are committed to accurate and timely processing of all student account transactions and to assisting our students in the financial aspects of their educational careers.

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal.
  2. Click on My Ledger under Administrative Services.
  3. Click Make Payment on the right-hand side.
  4. Select payment amount, method, and reason. You can change the amount manually.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. You’ll be redirected to the Official Payments page to enter payment info.
    Note: Credit/debit card payments incur a 2.5% fee. Bank payments are free.
  7. Review and accept the payment terms.
  8. Verify the payer information.
  9. Review and submit. Only click Submit once to avoid double charges.
  10. You’ll be redirected back to the Indigo Portal.

Use the steps below to retrieve your 1098T tax form:

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal.
  2. Click the green notification box at the top of the page.

  3. The form will display on screen.
  4. Click the ‘Printer Friendly Version’ link to print it.

You’ll get status updates via student email. You're not fully withdrawn until the Registrar's Office confirms it.

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal.
  2. Under Administrative Services, click Forms.
  3. Select Withdraw from Carey.
  4. Complete the form and agree to each statement.
  5. Click Submit Withdrawal Request.
